Surcharges

  • Local fee: 1.50€ / each person / 1 night (ZŤP card exempt from payment)
  • Pet: 20€/pc/1 night
  • Dinner per person over 12 years 25€/day
  • Dinner Child from 6 to 12 years 16€/day
  • EXTRA entry – Private Wellness entry for 2 hours €150 (includes entry for max. 4 persons/2 hours with a drink). Entry must be reserved in advance by agreement with the reception.

Cancellation terms

  • Top season: 0% cancellation of ordered reservation services 21 or more days before the start of the stay, 50% cancellation 14-20 days (inclusive) before the start of the stay, 75% cancellation 7-13 days (inclusive) before the start of the stay, 100% cancellation 0-6 days (inclusive) before starting the stay
  • Off-season: 0% cancellation of ordered reservation services 6 or more days before arrival, 50% cancellation 3-5 days (inclusive) before arrival, 100% cancellation 0-2 days (inclusive) before arrival
  • Cancellation conditions will be displayed after selecting a specific date.
