Surcharges

  • Local fee: €1,50 / each person / 1 night (ZŤP card exempt from payment)
  • Pet: €20/pc/1 night
  • Dinner person over 12 years old €20/day
  • Dinner Child from 6 to 12 years €14/day
  • EXTRA entry – Private Wellness entry for 2 hours €150 (includes entry for max. 4 persons/2 hours with a drink). Entry must be reserved in advance by agreement with the reception.
  • The package is valid from 28.03.-2.04.2023 for 2 people with an overnight stay of 3 nights or more, reserved with a deposit.
  • The package cannot be combined with other discounts, does not apply to corporate events and travel agencies.

  • Top Season : 0% cancellation 21 days or more prior to arrival, 50% cancellation 14-20 days ( inclusive) prior to arrival, 75% cancellation 7-13 days ( inclusive) prior to arrival, 100% cancellation 0-6 days ( inclusive) prior to arrival
  • Off-season: 0% cancellation 6 days or more before arrival, 50% cancellation 3-5 days ( inclusive) before arrival, 100% cancellation 0-2 days ( inclusive) before arrival
  • Cancellation policy will be displayed after selecting a specific date.
