Wellness “Rusnácka mine”
The temperature reaches a maximum of 60 °C at up to 100% humidity. During sauna bathing, body perspiration increases. On average, an adult can sweat up to one litre of water per hour in a steam sauna. However, this sweating cleans out the pores and gives the skin a healthy glow. The loss of water is short-lived and the body quickly replenishes its own fluids.

Dry sauna
The air temperature is 90° – 110° C and the humidity is 10 – 15%.
The sauna relaxes tired muscles and calms the stressed brain. The body flushes endorphins into the blood.

increases the body’s resistance
increases immunity
strengthens blood circulation
The effect of heat on the alveoli of the lungs leads to increased metabolism in the tissue
